Shipping time depends on destination postcode and customs processing. As a reference, our primary carrier SF International typically delivers:

  • SF Express (International Standard): ~5-10 business days
  • SF Economy (International Economy): ~7-20 business days

Business days exclude pickup day, weekends, and public holidays.

How is chargeable weight calculated?expand_more

Chargeable weight is the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight.

Volumetric formula: L × W × H (cm) / 5000.

Do shipping fees include duties and taxes?expand_more
No. Duties & taxes are not included and may be charged by local customs upon delivery.
Why can my shipping total change after I pay for items?expand_more

Cross-border orders use a two-step payment flow:

  1. Pay for items (and service fee) first
  2. After items arrive at our warehouse, we measure and weigh the parcel and you pay international shipping based on final chargeable weight

Carrier surcharges (e.g., fuel/remote area) may apply if required by the carrier.
