Frequently Asked Questions

I lost my authenticator app/device. What do I do?

expand_more

If you no longer have access to your authenticator app, you can still sign in using a recovery code.

Try this first

  • On the 2FA screen, choose Use a recovery code (if shown).
  • Enter one saved recovery code (each code can typically be used once).

If you don’t have recovery codes

Contact support and provide:

  • Your account email
  • Recent order number (if any)
  • PayPal transaction reference (if available)

For security, we may require additional verification before we can help restore access.

How often should I change my password?

expand_more

We recommend updating your password if:

  • You suspect unusual activity
  • You’ve reused the same password on other sites
  • A service you use reports a data breach

Otherwise, focus on a strong, unique password and enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for better protection.

Good password tips

  • Use 12+ characters
  • Avoid common words and reused passwords
  • Consider using a password manager

Do you store my credit card information?

expand_more

No. We do not store your credit card details or your PayPal login credentials.

Payments are processed by PayPal, and we only receive the payment status and transaction reference needed to complete your order.

You can review your payment records in your PayPal account at any time.

Here are the most common fixes:

1) Reset your password

Go to Reset Password and follow the email instructions.

2) Check your inbox

  • Look in Spam/Junk and search for “GuaBase”.
  • Make sure you’re using the correct email address.

3) 2FA enabled?

  • Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
  • If you can’t access it, use a recovery code.

Still stuck? Contact support with your account email and a screenshot of the error (if any).
