Individual Item Statuses

Items inside one order can progress differently. Common item-level statuses:

Item arrived damaged or incorrect. Agent will coordinate return/exchange when possible.

Out of Stock

Seller cannot supply the item. Refund is typically issued to original method or wallet balance.

Why is my order stuck on "Processing"?expand_more
Delays can happen if seller dispatch is slow or warehouse workload is high. If no update in 3-5 days, our team follows up automatically.
What does "Partially Arrived" mean?expand_more
It means only part of your order has reached warehouse. The order moves to "Stored" after all required items arrive and pass QC.
When do I pay international shipping?expand_more
You pay during parcel workflow. After items are packed and weighed, parcel status becomes "Pending Payment" with the final shipping fee.
Where can I find my tracking number?expand_more
When parcel status changes to "Shipped", tracking appears in "My Parcels". Carrier scans can take 24-48 hours to show online.
